Mississippi Public Broadcasting is offering a chance to uncover the hidden value of your antique treasures at the Mississippi Antique Showcase, set to take place on May 2–3 at The Inn at Ole Miss in Oxford. The event provides a unique opportunity for collectors, history enthusiasts, and curious community members to have their antiques and collectibles appraised by experts.
Whether it’s a cherished family heirloom, a surprising flea market find, or an old attic relic, attendees can bring in items to be evaluated, with the potential to discover something more valuable than they anticipated.
Ticket holders will receive a personal appraisal for a single item and may even be featured on the televised show. Alternatively, observation tickets are available for those who wish to watch the showcase while enjoying complimentary food and cocktails. The event also highlights Mississippi’s rich cultural and historical heritage.
Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the MPB Foundation, supporting local programming, educational content, and documentaries.
