WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — The 68th Annual Antiques Show and Sale at Wilson Lodge in Wheeling became a vibrant hub for vintage enthusiasts, showcasing a remarkable collection of artifacts and antiques. The event, hosted by the Oglebay Institute, attracted over 50 dealers, making it one of West Virginia’s largest and most cherished antique gatherings.

From jewelry and pottery to sculptures and wardrobes, a wide array of items filled the lodge, offering something for every taste and budget.

Christin Byrum, the Director of Museums at Oglebay Institute, highlighted the diverse range of goods available at the show. “Whether you’re looking to spend just $10 or you’re prepared to invest in something truly exceptional, there’s a piece for everyone,” Byrum said. “Attendees can trust that everything on display has been thoroughly vetted, showcasing only the best antiques.”

The event not only celebrated the art of antique collecting but also served a greater purpose. All proceeds raised will go toward supporting the museums operated by the Oglebay Institute, furthering their cultural and educational missions.

Byrum extended her gratitude to the hundreds of visitors who attended, contributing to the success of the event and its cause.
